Job Title: Registered Manager – Dual Home Opening Opportunity Location: Chorley, Lancashire Salary: £46,500 – £65,000 per annum Number of Sleeps Required: None initially (Subject to service development) Pay Per Sleep: N/A Service: Children’s Home Service Users: YPs with EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties) Qualifications Required: Level 5 in Leadership and Management – Residential Services or equivalent Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years as a Registered Manager Employment Type: Permanent The Home: Number of Beds: Two 2-bed homes (4 beds total) Location: Chorley Type of YPs: EBD, Trauma, Neglect, CSE, CCE Ofsted Rating: New homes – pre-registration and set-up phase Ratio of Staff to Children: To be established in line with best practice and regulatory standards Who we are looking for… We are seeking a passionate, experienced Registered Manager ready to take the next step by leading not one, but two brand-new 2-bed homes. You'll be someone who truly understands the importance of creating a loving, safe, and nurturing environment. You must have a sound knowledge of Ofsted regulations and the Children’s Homes Quality Standards, with a proactive attitude to team recruitment, development, and creating a therapeutic setting that reflects the needs of each young person.
