Hours: 5 over 7 including weekends - 37.5 hours per week. Salary: £12.98 per hour + 65p per hour weeknight enhancement, £1.05 per hour enhancement for all weekend night shifts.
Eurest is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Night Catering Supervisor to join our food-focused team at a high-profile workplace restaurant in Hull. This is a frontline leadership role where you’ll help deliver fresh, exciting food and fantastic customer service in a fast-paced, modern setting. Key Responsibilities
* Prepare fresh, delicious food to the highest standards, with care and creativity.
* Supervise culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure outstanding food and service delivery every day.
* Communicate regularly with your line manager to help monitor performance, meet KPIs, and hit targets.
* Represent Eurest with professionalism, maintaining a strong and positive brand image.
* Act as the link between our customers and the catering teams to help us consistently exceed expectations.
* Lead, support, and train team members — championing growth and encouraging excellence from everyone.
* Monitor and implement Health & Safety and food safety procedures, ensuring full compliance across the board.
Our Ideal Catering Supervisor Will
* A passion for delicious food and exceptional service.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a catering or hospitality setting.
* Proven experience managing or supervising a team in a fast-paced food environment.
* A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills.
* Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2) or willingness to obtain one.
* A driven, proactive attitude – someone who leads from the front and is always looking to develop themselves and others.
