This is an exciting opportunity to join our Commissioning Team, where you’ll play a key role in shaping and improving services across a range of areas. You’ll lead on commissioning activity, working collaboratively with stakeholders, providers, and service users to ensure services are responsive, effective, and aligned with strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
 * Lead commissioning projects, ensuring services are co‑produced and evidence‑based.
 * Develop market intelligence to inform service design and procurement.
 * Manage contracts, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
 * Cooperate with internal teams, external providers, and communities to bring about evidence‑based change.
 * Ensure services respond to the needs of vulnerable groups and children/young people.
Required Skills & Experience
 * Strong understanding of the commissioning cycle.
 * Experience working with complex needs and vulnerable groups.
 * Skilled partnership working across systems and sectors.
 * Ability to manage contracts, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
 * Creative, analytical, and committed to improving outcomes.
