Service Advisor Requirements
• Meet and greet customers into the service reception
• Book in vehicles
• Raise and close job cards
• Gain authorizations for work
• Liaise with the workshop regarding work in progress
• Arrange courtesy cars using the One Link system
• Costing, invoicing, customer handovers, and upselling
