Warehouse Team Manager | Oldham / Rochdale | Retail | £31,600 4 on / 4 off (1:30pm - 1:00am) About the opportunity We're partnering with a well-established, fast-paced retail logistics operation to recruit a Warehouse Team Leader. This is a great opportunity to step into a people-focused leadership role within a large-scale, highly automated distribution environment. This role will be working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern between 1:30pm - 1:00am You'll be responsible for leading a team on shift, driving performance, and creating a culture where people feel engaged, supported, and motivated to deliver.
