Part-time role, 21 hours a week (Tues, Weds, Thurs)

Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
Help get better trained war fighters to the front line faster. The purpose of this job is to deliver the provision of Resettlement and Learning & Development service provision. You will deliver Resettlement support to UK Service Personnel during their transition into civilian life at the end of their Service careers and Support the delivery of L&D services to include through career and lifelong learning opportunities.
What you'll be doing
* Support the administration and coordination of resettlement services for Service Leavers
* Act as a point of contact for resettlement related queries, providing clear information, guidance and signposting
* Ensure resettlement activity is recorded and managed in line with agreed processes and guidance
* Provide learning and development information and support to Service Personnel as required
* Help promote L&D Hub and LDO services using standard communications and materials
What we're looking for:
Essential:
* Previous experience of providing information, advice and guidance
* Providing one to one support to individuals
* Confident in delivering briefs and presentations to groups
* Organised and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening
* Strong administrative skills including attention to detail and competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications
