£29,936 - £32,888 assuming good attendance
Hours: Waking nights (4 on / 4 off)
Role Overview
Working in our Children’s Homes means being a part of a young person’s daily life, supporting them through highs and lows. Our night support workers help young people regain their childhood and develop into well-rounded adults. This rewarding role involves overcoming challenges and celebrating small victories.
Responsibilities
* Provide support during severe trauma, illness, or sleep difficulties
* Build trusting relationships with young people
* Complete tasks such as paperwork, cleaning, and laundry during quieter times
* Help guide young people towards positive futures

* Salary: Base salary of £28,536 - £31,488

* Full UK driving license held for at least 12 months
* If without Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, support for study provided
