Maintenance Plumber – FM Service Provider – Commercial Building – Crawley, West Sussex – £42,333 per annum (4 on 4 off Days & Nights) CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber to be based at a large commercial building in Crawley, West Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established FM service provider working on a large, static site within a dedicated maintenance team. The successful candidate will be a qualified plumber with a proven track record in commercial or property maintenance. You will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical, plumbing, and general building services systems. Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off (2 days / 2 nights) 06:30 am – 18:30 pm (Days) 18:30 pm – 06:30 am (Nights) 12-hour shifts Key Duties & Responsibilities: Carry out plumbing maintenance including repairs to toilets, sinks, and pipework Unblock drains and toilets and resolve general plumbing faults Perform water hygiene tasks including inspections and temperature checks Maintain and repair pumps, expansion vessels, PRVs, and TMVs Carry out minor installation works and general plumbing upgrades Complete basic carpentry and general fabric maintenance tasks Undertake both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works Support water treatment tasks (temperature monitoring) Assist other trades on site when required Escort specialist subcontractors and ensure works are completed safely Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations Package: Salary: £37,400 £4,933 shift allowance (£42,333 total) 20 days annual leave Free on-site parking Company pension scheme Internal and external training opportunities Genuine career progression Plenty of overtime available Requirements: Plumbing qualification – Level 3 minimum Proven track record in commercial or property maintenance Installation experience desirable Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working across a large site Reliable, hardworking, and professional attitude Please send your CV to Bailey White at CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out on this opportunity!
