About the Role
The Manager of Medical People Services is responsible for the provision of operational leadership in relation to people services provided to the Medical Workforce.
Responsibilities
* Day-to-day running and leadership of a Medical Staffing Function ensuring the provision of high-quality, customer focused, operational services.
* Act as a senior point of contact on all medical staffing issues.
* Ensure adherence to trust policies, employment legislation, terms and conditions of service and best practice.

Pay range and compensation package
Salary is £25 to £35 per hour depending upon experience. Hybrid working 2 days allowed.
