Deliver high-quality tutoring/teaching sessions to students.
Develop and implement lesson plans based on curriculum guidelines.
Assess students' progress and provide feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programmes.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS).
* Proven experience in tutoring/teaching.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to motivate and engage students.
* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
* At least 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience.
* Sound understanding of educational principles and practices.
* Familiarity with relevant curriculum standards.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Proficient in the use of educational technology.
* Master's degree in Education or related field (preferred).
* Experience in delivering online tutoring/teaching (preferred).
* Additional subject-specific qualifications (if applicable).

Pay rates are inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This role is initially temporary, with potential for permanency later.
