Evolution Security is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department, providing essential administrative support to our service engineers and management team. Your meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills will directly contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Your responsibilities will include processing service requests, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with both clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in an administrative role within the service or security industry.Key Responsibilities
* Process service bookings and coordinate schedules for engineers, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
* Maintain and update service records, ensuring all information is current and accurately recorded.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to service activities.
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional support regarding service-related questions.
* Collaborate with the engineering team to streamline service delivery processes.
* Support the invoicing process by ensuring all service activities are documented and billed accordingly.
* Help maintain inventory for service-related equipment and supplies.
Proven experience as a Service Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
* Experience using service management software is preferred.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.
