OTT is a family-run railway infrastructure business based in Lisburn, providing specialist support across rail, civil engineering and safety-critical works. Due to continued growth, the company is now seeking organised, reliable and proactive Office Administrators to provide essential support across the business. The role will be varied and hands-on, offering the opportunity to support a range of administrative functions including office coordination, document management, operational support, HR administration and general business support. These opportunities would suit candidates with experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, Business Support Administrator, Operations Administrator, HR Administrator or PA. The successful candidates will play an important role in keeping office processes organised, supporting internal teams, maintaining accurate records and helping ensure smooth day-to-day communication across the company. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide general administrative support across the office and wider businessManage emails, phone calls, correspondence and internal communicationsPrepare letters, reports, documents, presentations and other business paperworkMaintain accurate digital and paper-based records and filing systemsSupport document control, compliance records and audit preparationAssist with HR administration, training records and employee documentationProvide operational administration support to internal teamsUpdate company systems with accurate information and dataCoordinate meetings, appointments, briefings and follow-up actionsLiaise professionally with suppliers, contractors, internal teams and external contactsSupport purchase orders, invoices, expenses and general finance administration where requiredHelp maintain an organised, efficient and professional office environment Person Specification / About YouThe ideal candidate will be organised, professional and comfortable working in a busy office environment.
