Client Services Administration plays an integral role in ensuring that Servaada provides award-winning service. The role is a fixed-term contract for 6 months, providing an excellent opportunity to gain significant experience and make a meaningful impact within a dynamic team.
Customer Service – Provide award-winning administrative support to Financial Adviser firms migrating and bringing new business
Knowledge - Achieve and actively maintain skills and knowledge of the financial services industry. Focus on personal development to achieve industry and career progression
Rules and Regulations – Utilise awareness of FCA regulations and the risks involved within the financial services industry to adhere to company procedures. Working within the relevant Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to exceed industry-standard expectations
Good academic record
Computer literate (Outlook, Word and Excel)
