Stock & Logistics Department Administrator £26,000 - £27,000 per annum Type: Full-time, Permanent Location: Rugeley, Fully Office Based Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Stock & Logistics Department Administrator to support their busy Stock and Logistics function. You will play a key role in supporting stock control, online pricing visibility, inbound logistics coordination, and SAP reporting — ensuring smooth and efficient departmental operations. Employee discounts Free on-site parking 20 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays Company Canteen Private medical insurance Key Responsibilities: Customer EPOS Reporting & Online Visibility Produce weekly reports documenting national customer online pricing and promotional activity. Monitor online visibility and availability of D2C product lines to ensure declared live stock is available for sale. Analyse stock control reports to identify availability issues. Liaise directly with customers to resolve live status or visibility discrepancies. Conduct competitor pricing and promotional research. Inbound Container Management Support Support the Inbound Logistics Planner as required. Train to provide full cover for the Inbound Logistics Planner when needed. Maintain daily documentation of costs relating to container delivery exceptions. SAP & Reporting Duties Produce daily stock and sales reports. Update purchase order dates where impacted by shipping changes. Process mass PO printing, price amendments, and date changes as required. Maintain accurate system data and documentation. Experience & Qualifications Educated to GCSE level (minimum of 5 passes including Maths and English). Previous experience within a logistics, supply chain or stock control environment is advantageous. Physically capable of working within a warehouse/stock environment, including the ability to safely go up and down ladders where required.
