Core duties of the role:
1. Call clients to book in annual review meetings
2. Navigate and plot meetings across England to optimise Financial Planners' journeys
3. Update and manage each Financial Planners diary
4. Send confirmation letters to clients
5. Make up and maintainpliant files
6. Toply with the principals of treating customers fairly in all aspects of the role of the administrator
7. Full-time and office based
Key Skills:
8. Polite telephone manner
9. Ability to achieve agreed oues without supervision
10. Articulate
11. Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
12. Ability to work independently and in a team
13. Fullypetent in desktop applications (proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
14. Xplan is our back-office system - training will be provided.
£26,000
Full time but there is some flex on the hours - ie: 9am - 4pm / 10am - 5pm / 9am - 3pm (examples)
