What the Job Involves The role requires managing a caseload independently in compliance with legal and organizational requirements. You will provide professional assessment and support, ensuring that children are safe and improving their outcomes. You will engage with both internal and external partners for information gathering and care planning, as well as contribute to seamless multi-agency service delivery. Responsibilities include statutory safeguarding duties, case note maintenance, court appearances, and developing specialized expertise within the realm of children’s social care.
