Head of Digital Marketing
Liverpool – Hybrid
Up to £65,000
This role offers ownership of all aspects of marketing, with massive opportunities for growth and an experienced team to help you deliver exceptional results.
It is an exciting time to join this business, as they are scaling globally and are in a strong growth phase following heavy investment last year. They operate within the eCommerce sector, focusing on sustainability and aiming to become the leading name in their field.
We’re seeking a senior marketing professional to support their ambitious growth plans by owning and executing all marketing channels. While experience in performance marketing is essential, brand experience to develop a full funnel strategy is also desired.
The role will involve:
* Leading a team of 5 across paid media, UX/UI, social media, brand, and digital PR
* Refining and owning the full marketing strategy
* Developing a clear plan with initiatives, KPIs, and designated ownership
* Driving growth, scaling performance, and increasing brand awareness
* Collaborating with the external SEO agency to achieve results
* Applying a data-led, test-and-learn approach to identify growth opportunities
* Improving CRO, retargeting, email automation, and customer retention strategies
* Partnering on social media and influencer collaborations with the Brand Marketing Manager
* Reporting and working closely with the board and internal teams
Key projects include:
* Performance marketing growth strategy – scaling, optimizing, and expanding channels
* International market expansion – targeting 4 core markets with potential to grow to 15+
* Marketing automation – enhancing customer journey, CRM, and lead generation
* Creating customer retention and referral schemes
* Developing a CRO testing program
