The Role
The successful candidate will deliver engaging and high-quality Psychology lessons across Key Stages 4-5, encouraging students to explore human behaviour, cognitive processes, and psychological theories. Through innovative teaching, research-based learning, and interactive discussions, you will help students develop critical thinking skills and a passion for Psychology.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Be a qualified Psychology Teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent) with a passion for inspiring students.
* Have experience teaching Key Stages 4-5 (or a strong desire to teach A-Level).
* Be dedicated to fostering a deep understanding of Psychology and encouraging independent thought and inquiry.
* Have a passion for interactive, research-driven, and thought-provoking lessons.
