Are you a talented and caring Associate Professional who wants to impact on the lives of our most vulnerable young people?
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with young people and vulnerable families, delivering pastoral interventions and one-to-one support. Collaborating with our Designated Safeguarding Lead, you will engage with the Early Help process to ensure our students and their families receive the care and support they need.
Responsibilities
* Lead learning and sessions to children across the Primary Phase.
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons.
* Work as part of a team who are passionate about supporting children.
* Work collaboratively with parents, carers and other professionals to support children's development.

* Able to show a high degree of initiative and sound judgement.
* Experienced in helping children to achieve their full social and academic potential.
* Resilient and able to work effectively under pressure.
* Creative and with problem solving skills.
* Committed to continuous professional development and a willingness to learn.
* Confident in delivering in the classroom across the Primary Phase.
