About Our Client
This role is ideal for an AAT Level 4 professional who is looking for a step up in their career and wanting more exposure to management accounting duties. Those with experience with finance within in the not for profit/ public sector industry will be highly desirable for this post.
Job Description
3. Ensure all finance transactions have been processed including sales and purchase invoices
4. Managing the company cashflow, bank and balance sheet reconciliations
5. Working closely with new suppliers setting them up on the accounting system and approving payment runs
6. Identify and monitor income and expenditure and raise invoices as required
7. Assist in management of company budgets for forecasts
8. Bank and credit card reconciliations
9. Producing reports and processing payroll journals
10. Assist with maintaining the fixed asset register
The Successful Applicant
11. AAT Level 4 qualification or qualified by experience to this level with a relevant degree
12. Thorough understanding of debits and credits
13. Must have previous experience in using Excel pivot tables, vlookups
14. Proven ability to work independently and operate at a confident level
15. Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
