As a Designer at Civica, you will play an important role in bringing our brand and marketing campaigns to life through compelling visual storytelling. Working as part of the Brand and Creative Team, you’ll create high-quality design assets that support thought leadership, campaigns, events, and digital experiences that connect with our audiences globally. What you will do to be successful in this role
Responsibilities:
1. Produce high-quality visual assets across digital, print, social media, presentation decks, email campaigns, and event materials in line with brand guidelines.
2. Collaborate closely with copywriters and campaign teams to develop visually compelling creative that supports marketing goals and audience engagement.
3. Support the Senior Designer on larger creative projects, contributing to execution and production while ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
4. Create visual assets for campaign landing pages and web experiences in partnership with the Web and Performance Marketing Manager.
5. Use AI-powered design tools responsibly to accelerate creative production and explore new visual approaches while maintaining brand quality.
6. Manage design files and asset libraries, maintaining strong organisation, version control, and accessibility for the wider team.
7. Respond constructively to feedback and creative direction from the Senior Designer and Head of Brand and Creative Strategy to continually improve output.
8. Stay up to date with design trends, platform specifications, and emerging tools relevant to B2B marketing and digital design.
