As a Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Account Managers with best-in-class service to our customers. This sales-focused role involves reporting, coordination, and maintaining strong relationships with key customer accounts.
This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. You should be comfortable working with numbers and commercial data, and possess strong organizational skills.
We are looking for a proactive and organized individual who is eager to take ownership of their work and contribute to the success of our Commercial team. If you have experience in retail, customer service, admin, or another environment where you've worked with customers and handled varied tasks, we would love to hear from you.
This role offers flexible working arrangements, including up to two days from home, and real opportunities to grow into an Account Manager role as your experience develops. You will join a supportive team and gain experience with major UK customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support key customer accounts with administrative tasks and communication
* Coordinate product samples, store visits, and customer insights
* Maintain pricing records and update customer portals
* Prepare reports and track sales performance
