As the Brand & Insight Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping VEKA's brand identity and driving strategic marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you'll lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand plans, leveraging insights to drive engagement and growth across all markets. What you'll do
* Serve as dedicated Marketing Support on all product launches, owning all product literature and driving VEKA’s presence as an industry leader.
* Develop integrated campaigns and activations to drive awareness, consideration, acquisition, and engagement across all target markets.
* Act as the 'brand police', ensuring consistency internally and externally within VEKA brand guidelines.
* Drive digital strategy across all channels, including GDN and Social Media, creating paid and organic campaigns while ensuring clear UX across all websites and portals.
* Manage all digital assets and services, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning correctly at all times.
* Collaborate with HR to deliver best-in-class internal communication and with the Recruitment Manager to amplify VEKA’s employer brand.
* Nurture and lead external agencies to ensure optimal output and cost-effectiveness.
* Take ownership of the Marketing budget, collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver against overall objectives.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of customer marketing and prospect plans.
* Drive extensive research to deliver key insights, informing marketing and sales strategies.
* Own and deliver top-class Social Media and PR efforts.
* Manage Marketing Executive, ensuring their growth and development within the team.
* Ensure all projects are completed to a high quality, meeting deadlines, and within budget.
What you'll need
* Degree in Marketing or related field, or relevant hands-on experience.
* Approximately 8 years' marketing experience (B2B) with a strong focus on brand strategy and digital marketing.
* Proven track record of delivering results against objectives.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Impeccable attention to detail and strong project management abilities.
* Digital thinker with experience in paid and organic social campaigns.
* Research and insight-driven, with the ability to interpret data effectively.
* Proficiency in website platforms and CRMs, HubSpot knowledge desirable.
* Commercial thinker with strong presentation skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong relationships.
