The Role
Deliver engaging and well-planned Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 available in some settings)
Develop students' fluency, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
Prepare pupils confidently for GCSE examinations
Differentiate effectively to meet the needs of mixed-ability classes
Collaborate within a structured and supportive Maths department
Contribute to enrichment opportunities such as Maths clubs, intervention sessions, or STEM initiatives
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Maths Teacher (QTS / QTLS or equivalent)
Strong subject knowledge and secure understanding of the GCSE Maths curriculum
A genuine passion for making Maths accessible and engaging
Confident classroom practitioner with strong behaviour management skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply. Schools offer structured induction programmes and experienced mentors to support early career development.
