Job Description:
Huntsman are delighted to have partnered with a leading UK consultancy that are looking for a life science focused Project Director with Employers Agent/Contract admin experience.
The role is based in Berkshire, and the successful candidate will likely be needed on site 4+ days per week - This role will have oversight from a Director but you will be the focal point for the client and the project, responsible for the project team and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the design and build project from inception to completion.
* Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets with other suppliers.
* Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks.
* Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
* Maintain a strong Health and Safety Culture throughout the supply chain.
* Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Administer contracts, namely the JCT D&B contract, ensuring compliance and managing any changes or disputes.
* General contract administration skills, such as preparing and reviewing contract documents, managing contract performance, and ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
Required Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
* Experience in life sciences or similar projects is preferred. (Pharma/Health/Critical Environment)
* Proficiency in using JCT contracts.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

On offer is a base salary of £80,000 to £100,000, depending on level of experience. In addition, the benefits package is excellent.
