Your new role
We are looking for teachers who enjoy working within Early Years and are open to flexible supply opportunities in the Rugby area. Roles range from single‑day cover to longer placements, with both part‑time and full‑time options available. You may be leading play‑based sessions, supporting early language development, or taking responsibility for a Reception class. Each placement offers the chance to join warm, collaborative teams who value creativity, consistency and a calm, caring approach.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
2. Recent experience within an EYFS environment
3. Confident behaviour management and a nurturing, child‑centred approach
4. Flexibility to adapt to different routines and early years frameworks
5. Strong organisational skills and a steady, practical teaching style
6. Amitment to creating a safe, stimulating learning space
