Job overview We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to support the delivery of Postgraduate Medical Education activities. This role is particularly integral to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Foundation Doctors’ Programme, including coordination of teaching, e-portfolio processes and support to our Resident Doctors. You will also be responsible for administering study leave applications for resident doctors across all grades and providing support for events held within the Postgraduate Medical Centre. Advert Act as the first point of contact for Foundation Doctors and their supervisors, providing timely and effective support. Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of the Foundation Horus e‑Portfolio, including administering, monitoring and reporting on portfolio progress in preparation for the annual review process. Organise the FY1 and FY2 Teaching Programmes, including coordinating with representatives, facilitators and attendees. Administer study leave applications for Resident Doctors across all grades. Develop an understanding of the Postgraduate Medical Centre’s room booking processes, logistics and operational requirements to support event delivery.
