The Role
As the Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the commercial planning, strategy, execution, and reporting of all paid and organic marketing channels.
* Manage budgets, performance targets, and ROI across paid and organic channels.
* Partner with internal teams and agencies to deliver effective campaigns.
* Analyse performance data using advanced analytics tools and recommend optimisations.
* Leverage leading eCommerce and marketing platforms to drive growth and efficiency.
* Take ownership of channel performance, ensuring commercial targets are met or exceeded.

A Bit About You
* You’re a proactive, commercially minded digital marketer with:
* 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing (in-house or agency).
* Strong knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Paid Social, and SEO.
* Experience managing third-party relationships or working within an agency environment.
* Excellent project management and reporting skills.
* A collaborative, can-do attitude and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
