As an A&E Nurse, you will assess, prioritise, and treat patients presenting with a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries, working as part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Rapidly assess, triage, and prioritise patients on arrival Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to deterioration Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions safely Assist with resuscitation, trauma, and major incident care Support doctors and advanced practitioners during procedures Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Provide reassurance and clear communication to patients and relatives Adhere to safeguarding, infection control, and departmental protocols Requirements Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult) Minimum 6 months recent UK A&E / Emergency Department experience Strong triage and acute assessment skills Right to work in the UK Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care Pay Rates Competitive hourly rates from £20.00 to £44.00 per hour, depending on shift type and experience.
