Pay: £100 - £110 per day
Contract: Full-time, Long-term

A friendly and inclusive school in Cleckheaton is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils in their learning, help build confidence, and play a key role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
The Role:
* Supporting pupils in class to access learning and achieve their potential
* Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and activities
* Providing one-to-one and small group support where required
* Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting pupil wellbeing
* Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
* Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where appropriate
We're Looking For Someone Who:
* Has experience working with children in a school, childcare, or similar setting
* Is patient, positive, and passionate about supporting young people
* Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff
* Is adaptable and confident supporting a range of learning needs
* Holds a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience (desirable but not essential)
