Role 1: Shopfitting / Bench Joiner
Key Responsibilities:
* Manufacturing cupboards, counters, plinths and related joinery items
* Reading and accurately working from technical drawings
* Working efficiently as part of a team while also managing tasks independently
* Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
Requirements:
* Proven previous experience as a shopfitting or bench joiner
* Ability to read and understand drawings
* Self‑motivated with a positive and reliable attitude
Rate of Pay:
* National Minimum Wage to start
* Potential for pay increase once the candidate has proven themselves
