Job Title: Managing Director
Location: United Kingdom (Work from home with some travel as required)

Position Overview: They are seeking an exceptional Managing Director to provide strategic leadership and drive the continued growth and success of the organization. Reporting to the Board, the Managing Director will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the strategic vision, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the effective delivery of their goals and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evolve and develop a comprehensive strategic plan in collaboration with the Board, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and objectives.
* Provide strong leadership and management oversight to the team(s), fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
* Oversee all aspects of the organization, including Product, Finance, Growth, People & Operations
* Represent the organization in external forums, conferences, and meetings, advocating their cause and raising awareness of the products and initiatives.
* Monitor and evaluate the impact of programs and initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, as well as adherence to best practices in governance and management.
* Be a champion of culture within the organisation.
Qualifications:
* 10yrs + experience within Commercial Operations or Agile Change Programs
* Proven track record of Leadership and Senior Management experience within the NonProfit (ideally) sector or a related field (Learning, Education, Consulting)
* Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic plans, driving organizational growth, and achieving measurable results.
* Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial planning.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a wide range of stakeholders.
* Ability to build and maintain effective teams, foster collaboration, and promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
* Passion for the organization's mission and a commitment to its core values.
