Demonstrating planning and resource management to ensure that Choices Homecare allocate resources to support the delivery of high-quality, people-focused services in your community. Working hours: 40hrs - Monday to Friday.
Location: Wakefield
Key Responsibilities of a Care Service Scheduler:
Create staffing schedules with a purpose to run our services efficiently and effectively.
Manage a 365-year service schedule.
React to circumstances that may affect a schedule and adjust accordingly.
Collaborate with the wider team to fulfil the schedules commitment to service.
Implement new starters into a work flow.
Identify and highlight areas of improvement to workforce planning.
Prepared for rotational on-call basis.
Occasional requirements to support field team.
What You'll Need:
Strong organisational and solution focused approach.
Demonstrates strong leadership qualities.
Strong teamwork ethos.
Strong IT skills and experience with scheduling systems (or a willingness to learn).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Competent to be both proactive and reactive to a daily workflow.
Experience in logistics, workforce planning, or scheduling is desirable.
Driving licence and own vehicle essential ( We pay 30p per mile fuel allowance).
