We're looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Onboarding Coordinator to join my client's team in Coalvile.
This newly created, full-time position is key to providing a smooth and professional onboarding experience for all new starters - both permanent employees and agency staff.

* Pay Rate: £13.33 per hour
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00
* Location: Coalvile, Bardon

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate onboarding for new hires across the site
* Prepare and issue welcome packs and induction materials
* Ensure PPE and equipment are ready ahead of start dates
* Support system access setup (IT logins, timekeeping, training platforms)
* Update and maintain induction and training records
* Lead day-one orientations and factory tours
* Liaise with HR, recruitment, and operations teams
* Manage compliance checks (right to work, H&S)
* Track feedback and suggest improvements
* Provide administrative support with contracts and policies

What We're Looking For:
Essential:
* Previous coordination/admin experience (HR/recruitment/training preferred)
* Excellent organisation and time management
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
* Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team
Desirable:
* Experience in manufacturing or construction environments
* Familiarity with HR/onboarding systems
* First Aid or Health & Safety training (or willingness to train)
