We are searching for Chefs to work within our Food & Beverage Team at Pavilion Gardens, situated in the heart of the Peak District.
The Opportunity
The post holders will report directly to the Head Chef and be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for customers and clients in all areas within Pavilion Gardens.
Deliver a catering offer that produces high-quality and nutritionally balanced food to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsible for aspects of the day-to-day catering including food safety, stock control, ordering, and cleaning.
Assist with the daily operations of the catering function to maximize business opportunities and profitability in line with the business plan.
The Person
* Able and willing to work overtime if required
* Reliable
* Public transport in the area is limited; you will need to make your own way into work.
* Ideally have experience working in similar roles
* Ability to communicate at different levels of the organization and strong listening skills
* Proactively resolve day-to-day service issues
