About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and enthusiastic Events & Client Success Assistant to support the planning and delivery of brand, impact, and community events. This role is central to ensuring events run smoothly and creating memorable, high-quality experiences for all participants.
Contract Details
* 32 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours
* Reports to Client Success Executive
* Flexible to the needs of the business, which may include weekend or evening work
* This role is a fixed-term contract from May– September 2026
Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning and coordination of brand, impact, and community events
* Liaise with internal teams (Operations, Surf, Food & Beverage, and Marketing) to ensure seamless event execution
* Assist with event schedules, logistics, and pre-event checklists
* Be present on-site during events to support delivery and ensure an exceptional participant experience
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues during events to maintain operational excellence
* Support business development initiatives to help grow partnerships, brand activations, and event opportunities
* Assist the Customer Services team as needed to ensure a seamless experience for clients and participants
Skills & Experience
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal teams
* Confident in managing logistics and coordinating complex schedules
* Previous experience in events, activations, or brand activations is desirable
* Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and evenings when required
