Job Summary
Kyberplay is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives for one of our clients products in the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth of the products he will be working with, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, partners, and agencies to deliver impactful campaigns tailored to the UK market.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies for clients products in UK, aligning with global and regional business goals.
* Campaign Execution: Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, influencer, PR, and experiential activations.
* Brand Growth: Strengthen brand positioning and community engagement in the UK gaming market.
* Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and manage relationships with local influencers, gaming communities, agencies, and media partners.
* Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and optimize marketing efforts using data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
* Event Management: Oversee the execution of local events, tournaments, and trade shows to enhance clients presence in UK.
* Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with global and regional teams, including Product, Community, PR, and Sales, to ensure cohesive marketing execution.
Qualifications & Experience
* 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in gaming, entertainment, or tech industries.
* Deep understanding of the UK gaming market, including player behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
* Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns and partnerships.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing, influencer marketing, social media, and PR strategies.
* Experience managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high level of autonomy.
* Excellent communication skills in English (proficient).
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working within a global organization and collaborating across international, cross-cultural teams.
* Strong understanding of the UK gaming ecosystem, including esports, creators, platforms, and community dynamics.
* Hands-on experience in esports, influencer marketing, or community-led growth initiatives.
* Familiarity with Epic Games’ ecosystem, including Fortnite, Epic Games Store, and Unreal Engine, is highly desirable.
* Experience managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels and stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
