We have partnered with a leading demolition contractor who are recruiting now for multiple Project Managers to take on ownership and responsibility of the decommissioning and demolition of a range of small to large scale structures across the South of England and the UK.
Demolition Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
* Planning and managing demolition projects from concept to completion, ensuring key milestones are agreed and met
* Taking full ownership for project scheduling, forecasting, finances & budgets
* Managing project operatives and subcontractors, making sure project requirements, standards and safety regulations are met and adhered to.
* Working and communicating with key project stakeholders (internal and external)
* Identifying and mitigating any and all potential risks
* Preparing and submitting project progress reports
* Managing all technical project documentation
Demolition Project Manager
Skills/Experience
* 5 years’ experience in the demolition sector working as a Project Manager
* Excellent project management skills, including forecasting, budgeting, stakeholder management and workload prioritisation
* Proficient using project management tools
* CSCS Demolition Manager card holder with a good knowledge of BS6187 & BS5975
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Strong IT skills
* Full and clean driving licence (travel may be required for this role)
