I’m supporting a long‑established tech company (25+ years in mobile & digital products) whose geolocation platform, has become their fastest‑growing, highest‑revenue product. Now handling hundreds of millions of requests per hour across global voting, lottery, and iGaming markets.
They’re looking for a Product Engineering Manager to lead a backend‑leaning team (~10 engineers, and growing) and shape the delivery, stability, and long‑term scalability of this mission‑critical platform.
What you’ll do
* Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team
* Bring clarity to complex or ambiguous problems
* Own delivery standards and long‑term product direction
* Turn high‑level ideas into executable plans
* Influence architecture, quality, and technical decisions
* Support career progression and build a strong, healthy culture
(No hands-on coding required, pure leadership and product‑focused engineering management.)
