As our new Accounts Payable Administrator, you will play a crucial part in the smooth functioning of DFS's financial processes, ensuring that payments are processed accurately and on time while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements. What you'll be doing
* Processing invoices for the group following company procedures
* Reconciliation of supplier statements and escalation point for query resolution
* Responsible for clearing aged invoices and managing the timely processing of unapproved invoices
* Point of contact for queries and escalations for suppliers, supported by senior team members
* Supporting senior team members with ad hoc tasks as necessary
* Prioritising workload effectively throughout the day to meet all requirements
The role is for you if...
* You have strong written and verbal communication skills
* You possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail with high accuracy
* You have good time management skills and can work under pressure to tight deadlines
* You have experience with the processes and principles of Accounts Payable within a Finance department
* You are computer literate
* Good working knowledge of Open Accounts or similar accounts payable systems (training will be provided if needed)
