What You’ll Be Doing: * Setting up orders and machinery according to product specifications * Changing reels using heavy-duty lifters * Carrying out regular quality checks and production quantity checks * Adjusting machinery settings and replacing basic parts when needed * Labelling and packing finished products * Maintaining good housekeeping standards * Working safely and efficiently as part of a team What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience as an Extrusion Operator, ideally in plastics or polythene * Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment * Good attention to detail and the ability to multitask * Physically fit – the role involves manual handling and heavy lifting * Strong communication skills – both written and verbal * A proactive attitude and the ability to work without supervision What We Offer: ...
