Salary: £35,000-£45,000

Hybrid: 2 days per week office-based
The role:
In this role you will develop and implement overall brand strategy to deliver a category-leading brand.
Your work will ensure the brand is a market leader and increases brand awareness through day to day brand initiatives. You will work cross-functionally to drive demand and loyalty.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who is able to look at the wider picture in detail and this is a critical role to the business.
Key Requirements:
* Collaborate with the Head of Brand to execute brand strategy, and yearly and seasonal marketing plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with brand and company objectives.
* Engage with external agencies and internal stakeholders across all platforms, maintain website content, and enhance site performance for improved search rankings.
* Create effective digital campaigns in partnership with the internal creative team, to support on creative briefs and writing brand messaging.
* Liaise closely with the Insights team to drive decision-making based on insights for brand tactics and long-term strategic initiatives.
* Focus on driving revenue through all available channels while fostering brand growth.
* Maintain and oversee budgets.
* Provide reporting and updates to stakeholders on brand metrics, performance, and project timelines.
* Develop comprehensive briefs for both internal and external agencies.
Candidate Criteria:
* Experience working across various disciplines, functions, and channels.
* Experience with multiple product SKUs.
* Creative flair
* Strong copywriting skills.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines across multiple projects
* Ability to communicate effectively across different levels and disciplines.
* Experience in managing agencies or third-party vendors.
* Track record of delivering on brand objectives.
* Excellent communication and project management abilities.
* Proven experience and success in brand management.
* Self-starter and self-motivated.
