* Manage store operations, visual merchandising and stock flow

About you / Qualifications
* 3-5 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment
* Commercially aware with a strong understanding of KPIs and performance metrics
* Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams
* Strong business acumen and a track record of driving commercial success
* Operational and merchandising experience
* Flexibility to work — including evenings, weekends and holidays
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
