Turret Care Limited are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our growing team as a Dual Registered Manager for residential childcare. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects managing the home, we endeavour to create a safe environment that is homely and nurturing, enabling for positive relationships to be formed and for the children and young people to make progress in all areas of their development. *Responsibilities:*
· To manage the daily running of the children’s home, in line with company policy and regulatory requirements. Supervising and providing guidance, support, direction and leadership to staff.
· To Model best practice approaches during challenging behaviours, ensuring there is coherent and consistent high levels of care.
· To register as a Manager with Ofsted and to work directly with and as part of the senior management team for the best interest of the children, young people, staff and company.
· To be Designated Safeguarding Lead.
*What we are looking for: *
· A strong working knowledge of EBD and behaviour that challenges.
· A minimum of 2 years’ experience of working within a Children’s Residential Home as a Registered Manager.
· Experience in providing supervision, mentoring and upskilling for staff.
· Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential childcare (or equivalent qualification).
· Full UK Driving Licence
· Right to work in the UK
