Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Brand Manager will:
* Lead the 30th birthday brand campaign, creating a high-profile and engaging celebration across internal and external channels.
* Build and maintain the Reeves employer brand, highlighting culture, values, and talent initiatives.
* Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure campaigns and digital activity are aligned, maximising reach and engagement.
You will oversee sponsorships, ambassador programmes, media relations, events, and brand development across all group firms, ensuring cohesive messaging and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
30th Birthday & Brand Campaigns
* Lead and execute the Reeves 30th birthday campaign, including creative concepts, messaging, and multi-channel activation.
* Align internal and external communications to create excitement and engagement around the milestone.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver integrated digital, social, and event campaigns.
Employer Branding
* Develop and promote the Reeves Group employer brand, showcasing company culture, values, and career opportunities.
* Support recruitment campaigns and employee engagement initiatives to attract and retain talent.
Brand Strategy & Development
* Develop and deliver brand strategy for all Reeves Group firms.
* Champion the positioning of "The Consolidator of the North", ensuring consistent application across all touchpoints.
* Maintain brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity across the group.
* Manage sponsorship opportunities and partnerships aligned with brand objectives.
* Lead the Reeves Ambassador Programme, encouraging team participation in events and community initiatives.
Events & Media Engagement
* Represent the brand at key industry, community, and corporate events.
* Work with PR and media partners to secure coverage, interviews, and thought leadership.
* Collaborate with marketing to plan, promote, and execute client and brand events.
* Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to maximise campaign reach and effectiveness.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
* Monitor brand performance, track engagement, and report insights to the Head of Marketing.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in brand or marketing management, ideally within financial services.
* Strong track record in brand strategy, positioning, and reputation management.
* Experience leading high-profile campaigns, ideally including milestone celebrations or corporate initiatives.
* Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills.
* Creative thinker with the ability to translate strategy into impactful campaigns.
* Experience in employer branding or talent marketing.
* Familiarity with sponsorships, media engagement, and ambassador programmes.
* Understanding of regional marketing dynamics in the North of England.
