We are looking for an experienced Manager to join the Community Food Team.
Responsibilities
* Provide strategic direction and manage a team of four.
* Work with partners to meet project outcomes.
* Support food projects with capacity building and operational diversification.
* Act as a dedicated point of contact for each district.
* Support food projects to become more resilient, including looking at the supply chain.
Qualifications
* Good knowledge of infrastructure/capacity building support.
* Experienced manager of people.
* Awareness of voluntary sector challenges.
* Skilled at developing partnerships.
* Sound financial acumen.
* Ability to navigate multiple priorities.
* Proactive individual with a can‑do attitude.
