Could you be the Care Manager in Croydon & Sutton that we’re looking for?
Our amazing Care Managers are the kind of people who love to help others get the most out of life.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Radfield Home Care service in Croydon & Sutton, driving success and growth by promoting the right working environment, maintaining standards, and ensuring quality.
In simple terms, you’ll ensure that our care professionals get the support they need and our clients receive the care that’s right for them.
You thrive in a busy working environment where no two days are the same. You’re a people person, with experience in recruiting, managing, and developing a team. Previous experience working for a home care provider is preferable.
A full UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role. Please note that we cannot offer sponsorship for this role.
We’d also love to hear from you if you have previous care experience in roles such as care home manager, care coordinator, or deputy manager.
