Crisis Lead / Senior Support Location: Flexible (Base location dependent on successful candidate) Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Contract: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and dynamic Crisis Lead / Senior Support professional to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to coordinate and oversee specialist support packages for children and adults across the UK, including crisis, emergency, and complex care provisions. You will be responsible for managing referrals, assessing needs, developing robust Care Plans and Risk Assessments, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Working closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, families, and support teams, you will play a pivotal role in achieving positive outcomes for the individuals we support. Key Duties Manage referrals from assessment through to service implementation. Create and maintain detailed Care Plans and Risk Assessments. Coordinate nationwide support packages and crisis interventions. Build and maintain strong relationships with professionals, commissioners, and families. Support, guide, and oversee frontline support staff. Ensure services meet safeguarding, quality, and compliance standards. Monitor package performance and contribute to continuous improvement. Provide operational oversight for complex placements and support packages. Assist with the mobilisation and ongoing coordination of new services. What We're Looking For Significant experience within health and social care. Experience working with children and adults with complex needs. Strong knowledge of safeguarding practices for children and adults. Experience within complex care, behavioural support, crisis intervention, supported accommodation, or community-based services. Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
