Calling all Passionate AGMs & Supervisors... We're a growing, independent Pub Company who are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join the team at our recently refurbished Town Centre pub, The Waggon & Horses in Newmarket.
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and passionate AGM to join our growing business at a critical time and work closely with the owners & GM to help maximise trade. This pub requires an AGM who has a proven track record of working in similar, quality premium local pubs and who is confident in being able to work with the GM to deliver high standards & great customer service, while also helping to drive sales.
Our aim is to deliver top quality service & standards at every opportunity and we are looking for an AGM who is equally as passionate about delivering exceptional service and quality at all times. We are looking forsomeone whotakes pride in their work and who will strive to ensure that every customer leaves the pub having had a great dining experience, whatever the occasion.
An eye for detail and a passion for quality are also essential.
Outline of AGMs Responsibilities:
Deliver Excellent Customer Services when working FOH
Work with GM to develop Sales & Marketing plans
Cover GM / Management Duties when GM is Off / On Holiday
Ordering & Managing Stock Levels in conjunction with GM
Helping to Train & Onboard new staff and help with Team Development
Maintaining Service, Hygiene & Cleanliness Standards
Assist with Social Media Management & Event Planning

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per year depending on experience
