The Practice
4. Large practice serving a broad and diverse patient population
5. Outstanding GP Training Practice with multiple GP Registrars, medical students and nursing students
6. Strong history of developing clinicians into future Partners
7. Highly effective MDT including ANPs, Paramedics, Pharmacists, Mental Health Practitioners, Social Prescriber and FCP
8. Daily GP coffee break fostering a collaborative and supportive culture
9. SystmOne practice with extensive workflow optimisation and excellent administrative support

Your Role
12. Salaried GP
13. 4–8 sessions available with excellent flexibility
14. Approx. 27.5 patient contacts per session, aligned with BMA safe-working guidance
15. Mix of telephone, face-to-face and online consultation work
16. Protected admin time built into sessions
17. Duty responsibilities introduced gradually after approximately three months
18. Home visits shared fairly across the clinical team
19. Specialist interests welcomed and supported

Salary and Benefits
21. £13,054 per session per annum
22. Additional half-session payment for duty sessions
23. 6 weeks annual leave plus Bank Holidays
24. 10 study leave sessions plus 2 appraisal sessions
25. Additional indemnity cover paid above NHS CNSGP requirements

You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
